Senior Account Manager (Sales), Singapore

LIONWARE is a technology solutions provider for video conferencing, visual collaboration, unified communications, meeting rooms and workspace management. We enable organisations to collaborate and communicate more effectively by integrating user-friendly, cutting-edge technology that's simple and easy to use.

LIONWARE is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth for our products, service and solutions business. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of corporate / B2B sales experience preferably in the VC (video conferencing) / AV (audio visual) industry.

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Build a pipeline of opportunities from a list of targeted accounts and specific vertical
  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling and emailing  
  • Qualify and close inbound leads by educating clients on our products and solutions
  • Conduct on-site client visits and demos to understand client needs and requirements
  • Oversee the sales process from closing, booking, installation to handover 
  • Drive sales growth in existing accounts by upselling and cross-sell our solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales activities and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree preferably in Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of corporate / B2B sales experience preferably in the IT / AV / VC industry
  • Good command of written and spoken english
  • Prior experience with salesforce / hubspot / linkedin / google workspace is a plus 
  • Interest and passion for IT / AV / VC and technology
  • Driver’s licence and/or own transport preferred

Project Engineer, Singapore

LIONWARE is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to manage, implement and coordinate the operations of our VC / AV projects. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of corporate / B2B experience in managing projects preferably in the VC / AV industry.

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee the entire project from site inspection, installation and handover 
  • Join sales team for product demo and on-site inspection 
  • Build BOM (Bill of Materials / Equipment) list based on client’s requirement
  • Work closely with sales team to order and submit BOM to distributors and vendors
  • Coordinate site installation schedule with sales manager / external sub contractors
  • Ensure all installation, testing and commissioning works are done correctly
  • Post-installation service and support to address and client issues and concerns

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree preferably in Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of project management experience preferably in the AV / VC industry
  • Good command of written and spoken english
  • Interest and passion for AV / VC and technology
  • Driver’s licence and/or own transport preferred
